Do you want to become a trusted, inspiring and mindful leader?
Do you have a fulfilled life?
Practising mindfulness is important - it's a life changer!
It means to have peace of mind and to me it's a tool, which will allow you to become conscious about yourself and your actions. After a longer time of practice, you'll never again be in doubt about who you are yourself or making the right choices, whether it's in private life or at work, but instead you'll start to also sense an inner strength inside you.
You may have had some experiences in childhood, which still have an influence on your choices, your behaviour towards other people and at your workplace. It can be that you continue to attract the same experiences into your present life. If this speaks to you and you're from time to time struggling with negative experiences from the past, please know that I can help you to change this and live a better life and feel better at work. You'll start knowing who you are and how to live life. I can also guide you to become aware, sense and understand what you've gone through and the impact of potential negative experiences have on your present life.
I know from my own experience that in all negative experiences there is a gift hidden, but it can be very difficult to see, in particular when we're still angry and can't forgive. On several occasions, the bad experience lost its power on me when I discovered the gift. Afterwards and even nowadays it all feels more like a storytelling.
Would you like to become a trusted and mindful leader?
I can help you to become not only a leader, but a mindful leader. What is a mindful leader? A mindful leader has a very different leadership style from traditional managers. Mindful leaders are in peace with themselves. They don't need to be authoritarian, seek power and draw attention to themselves to feel powerful, because they are aware of themselves and know they are powerful by just being who they are! They also know their position at work regarding management and staff and don't need to "show who's the boss"! Instead, they will focus on the wellbeing and professional development of the employees and be willing to lead by delegation of tasks and responsibility to the benefit of the results. A mindful leader will involve employees in all stages of work as much as possible and stay openminded. The employees will feel empowered and valued which will increase their motivation at work. The leader is the manager and has nevertheless the responsibility for the overall outcome.
If you would like to become such a leader, I believe you will be interested in The Mindful LeaderI can . It's a program in two parts. First part aims helping you to become aware about your situation in yoour private life, release blockages from childhood if necessary and help you to connect to who you really are. The second part is leadership coaching and mindfulness teaching with the goal to find inside you your inner leader, develop your leadership skills and learn to become a mindful leader. You can read more about it here.

I know exactly how to help you!
I'm Beanatta Zen, a leadership coach, mindfulness coach and teacher and energy coach with a multifacetted background, that I also use in my work. I've a range of competences, capacities and abilities: since childhood, since I remember, I have been psychic, which means that I'm clairvoyant and clairaudient and can see and sense situations and blockages in people and heal them.
I have a Ph.D. degree in political science and public administration and after my studies I got specialised in the political system of the European Union. Afterwards I continued to work within this area, which in the end brought me to work many years as official in the EU institutions. I used my knowledge to go deeper into understanding the organisation and its function and I also enjoyed leading teams. I was focused on motivating team members and wanted them to feel appreciated, supported as well as have good professional development opportunities. I loved to see them happy at work and involved them in as many aspects and stages of the work as possible. Throughout my career there and afterwards, I specialised first in organisational development and later in personal development and finally I became a leadership coach.
What lead me to become a coach?
14 years ago, I still was an official in one of the European Institutions and I wanted to create more wellbeing at work. I had discovered that I could really help my colleagues, also with their life situation. Often in the lunch brakes they would come by my office and ask for a little coaching including energy coaching. Some months after they started to come to my homeplace in the evening after our workday for a longer session. After a while, I came to the insight that I obtained higher results by doing sessions in the evening than by my actual work. As I'm someone who always wants the best possible results and to make a difference in the world and in people's life, it wasn't difficult to take the decision to leave my job and start my coaching business.
Besides my competences, capacities and abilities, I also use my life experiences. I know where my clients are in their life, because I have been there myself. I know what it means to be lost and unhappy in life and have experiences in the past that can still influence present life. I used many years to understand what happened to me in my childhood, observe the impact that these experiences still had on me in my adult life and through work on myself come to peace with them all and create a life that corresponds to who I am. I was very happy to discover that my parents hadn't destroyed me neither mentally or physically and therefore I could move on and no longer be hurt from the past. Therefore it's natural for me to help people to have a better life.
Few examples, which show the range of issues I've helped with.
I've helped international professionals from different parts of the world, who had various problems.
A client, who wasn't satisfied with her own contribution at work. I helped this person to become aware of her achievements, her capacity, her talents and role at work. I also guided her to define who she wanted to be at work. She changed work. She has a very impressive career and is today finding her way as manager.
A client, a senior, who had made an impressive manager career wanted to stay well and at peace during retirement, but felt that he had lost all value. He also felt that he hadn't learned to be a manager and was interested in mindful leadership. I worked with him using leadership coachin, energy coaching and mindfulness techniques to remove what was blocking him in life and become conscious about who he is, what he had done for other people, the achievements throughout his career and the his leadership style. I work a lot with him to make him sense that the retirement isn't necessarily the end: if he really wanted to work he could still do plenty of work on a freelance basis. He started to relax, got his strength back and started to do a lot of different activities, including consulting wHe isork. is again well happy and very active and created a little team. He became a mindful leader. He felt it reflected well his personality.
A manager, who was afraid of being a manager, I coached her and used energy coaching to find her own management style, release issues from childhood, gain trust in herself and other people. She was afraid of speaking up in front of other people, but when she realised the reason behind this blockage, she could let go of this fear. She ended up being very appreciated by the staff and started to feel well in her management role.
Another manager, who thought that he was too hard on the team and wanted to become a mindful leader where keywords for him were understanding, communication and trust. First I helped him to become conscious about the reasons behind his present management style. When he had understood this, he could let it all go and I coached him and used mindfulness techniques to become a mindful leader. He is today very happy and an example at his workplace of a very modern, dynamic and very appreciated leader.
