Living a mindful life

Practising mindfulness is important - it is a life changer! It means to have peace of mind and to me it is a tool, which will allow you to become conscious about yourself and your actions. After a longer time of practice, you will never again be in doubt about who you are yourself or making the right choices, whether it is in private life or at work, but instead you will start to also sense an inner strength inside you. You may have had some experiences in childhood, which still have an influence on your choices, your behaviour towards other people and it could be that you continue to attract the same experiences into your present life. If this speaks to you and you are from time to time struggling with negative experiences from the past, please know that I can help you to change this and live a better life, where you will start knowing who you are and how to live life. I can also guide you to become aware, sense and understand what you have gone through and the impact of potential negative experiences have on your present life. I know from my own experience that in all negative experiences there is a gift hidden, but it can be very difficult to see, in particular when we are still angry and cannot forgive. On several occasions, the bad experience lost its power on me  when I discovered the gift. Afterwards and even nowadays it all feels more like a storytelling. 

 

If you have problems at work, wish to organise yourself better to be more efficient at work or want a better work private life balance, I can also coach you. I use mindfulness, coaching, time management techniques and sometimes energy coaching to assist you in this work. You can choose to work with me in person and come to my workplace or we can meet online. Become a mindful leader

Mindful leaders have a very different leadership style from traditional managers. They do not need to be authoritarian, search for power and draw attention to themselves to feel powerful, because they are aware of themselves and know they are powerful by just being who they are. They also know their position at work regarding management and staff. Instead, they will focus on their leadership style, the wellbeing and professional development of the employees and be willing to lead by delegation of tasks and responsibility. A mindful leader will involve employees in all stages of work as much as possible and stay openminded. The employees will feel empowered and valued which will increase their motivation at work. The leader has nevertheless the responsibility for the overall outcome. If you would like to become such a leader, I can help you first to become aware about your own management style and assist you in setting your targets and then coach you to reach them and develop your leadership skills. In addition to traditional leadership coaching, I also share you mindfulness techniques and exercises to increase your well-being in a leadership role. You can work with me in person or online. Cocreate a workplace with a heart

Are you in charge of a workplace or do you lead a team in charge of organisational development? Did you want to change the way work is done and the functioning of the organisation itself? Did you who come with the proposals and the guidelines on how to implement them? Were the changes very difficult and complicated to implement? 

If your answer to some of or all questions is YES,  you and the employees need me. I will use my experience from big change projects in larger organisations. Changes can only be successfully implemented if you start by looking at what works in the organisation and what needs to be changed. The question is then how to integrate the two? Another important point is to involve employees in all stages of the project and give influence to those affected by this change project. First, I will observe and do interviews. Then I prepare a draft plan with proposals, which should be discussed, and in the end, I will lead projects including implementation and follow up by running courses, workshops and team building courses etc. I use diverse organisational change techniques, project management skills and teaching skills acquired during my studies and work life. Come closer to nature - Mindfulness & Meditation

When did you connect deeply last time with nature? Few people know what this question means in reality. I cannot describe the answer here, because it is an experience that you have to live to understand. Join me on a nature walk in a forest or at the beach. I can make you sense your inner peace, which will allow you to open up little by little all your senses and you will take in what you see, smell, hear or touch. It will give you an different experience of nature and it will lead you to start feeling and sensing who you really are inside. You will acquire the tools to continue afterwards the experiences by yourself. I will announce the calendar of events and retreats, but please let me know about your interest in participating in such workshops. Hello, I'm Beanatta

I have a multifaceted professional background, but working with development is a common thread. I started with getting a strong academic background in political science and public administration with a specialisation in the EU political system in which I got a Ph.D. degree. I continued to work within this area, which in the end brought me to work many years as official in the EU institutions. I used my knowledge to go deeper into understanding the organisation and its function. Throughout my career there and afterwards, I specialised first in organisational development and later in personal development and finally became a leadership development coach.

 

I am a result seeker, which means that I want the best possible results and to see them make a difference in people's life. One day, 13 years ago, I realised that I could go deeper into my work and get bigger results as a self-employed consultant and coach. I have been meditating and done mindfulness exercises nearly every day since 2003, but truth is that I have in fact done it during many more years: when I was a teenager, I went to the seaside almost every day. I sat down on a big stone, did some deep breathing and closed my eyes to only sense the sea and its waves. These little exercises gave me strength to live my life. I had no clue that I was meditating and doing mindfulness exercises. I only did what I felt I needed and wanted to do.  Afterwards, I followed a lot of courses in meditation and mindfulness at Buddhist centres and temples. Since childhood, since I remember, I have been clairvoyant and clairaudient, and it has given me many strange experiences. It scared me when I was a child, but today it helps me in my professional activities to be more mindful, understand more deeply different situations, see clearly which actions to make, connect with clients and know exactly how to help them in the best possible way. 


I know what it means to be unhappy in life and have experiences in the past that can still influence present life. I used many years to understand what happened to me in my childhood, observe the impact that these experiences still had on me in my adult life and come to peace with them all. I was very happy to discover that they had not destroyed me neither mentally or physically and therefore I could move on. These years inspired me to become a coach and gave me the wish to help people to have a better life.

 

Previously in my career, I enjoyed leading teams and cared about team members. I was focused on motivating them as much as possible. I wanted them to feel appreciated, supported and to have good professional development opportunities. I loved to see them happy at work and involved them in as many aspects and stages of the work as possible. We all discussed and contributed to the project at equal terms and we learned a lot from each other. This was a benefit to the projects and led to improved results, but I was aware all the time that it was me who was accountable to the management.

 

I have helped clients from different parts of the world and age groups who had various problems. Here are some few examples: A client, who was not satisfied with her own contribution at work. I helped this person to become aware of her achievements, her capacity, her talents and role at work. I also guided her to define who she wanted to be at work. She changed work and made a very impressive career. A client who was going through a hard divorce, I coached him to discover own strength, find confidence in himself and define strategy to use in court. He won the case. A client, a young woman was still fearing her parents, because they intervened and took decisions on her behalf without listening to her. They treated her as if she still was a child. I helped her to become aware of the reasons and liberated her from a very big fear. She succeeded in recreating a more harmonious relationship with her parents. A client who wanted to change her life completely, needed to know where to start and courage to take action. I helped her to become aware of the negative issues in her life, herself and her needs. I coached her to find more strength and believe in herself. She could then plan what she wanted to do in a new life. She was successful in this journey. She got divorced, changed job and country. Today, she is happy and fulfilled in life.  A client, a teenager, who was too stressed by high school got an understanding of why she was terribly stressed and what to do to release it. I taught her to meditate and together we developed new tools for note writing and a system for homework planning. It all helped her a lot. She could handle the stress and she got happier in school. A client, a senior, who wanted to stay well and at peace during retirement, but felt that he had lost all value. I worked with him to become conscious about what he had done for other people, the achievements throughout his career and the fact that it is not necessarily the end: if he wants to work he can still do plenty of work on a freelance basis. He started to relax, got his strength back and started to do a lot of different activities, including work. He was again well and happy. A manager, who was afraid of being a manager, I coached to release issues from childhood, gain trust in herself and other people. She was afraid of speaking up in front of other people, but when she realised the reason behind she could let go of this fear. She ended up being very appreciated by the staff and started to feel well in her management role. Another manager, who thought that he was too hard on the team and wanted to change towards a management style based on understanding, communication and trust. I also coached him to become a mindful leader, but first he had to become conscious about the reasons for his management style. When he had understood this, he could let it all go and learn to become a leader.
